自我描述特长展示：Hello, my name is Rasel Majumder Avro. I am from Bangladesh, and English is my native language. Besides English, I can speak Bengali, Hindi, Urdu fluently and also some basic Chinese, which helps me communicate better with students and parents in Nanjing.

I am currently an undergraduate student majoring in Chemical Engineering at Nanjing Tech University. I have rich and practical English teaching experience. I used to work as an English teacher in my home country Bangladesh, and now I also have rich tutoring experience, and at present, I cooperate with families of children aged 3 to 14 in Nanjing. I lead these children to take part in interesting outdoor activities, and integrate English interactive communication into the activities, which effectively cultivates their interest in English and improves their oral English speaking skills, and my work has been highly recognized and praised by the parents.

I am able to teach comprehensive English skills, including English speaking, listening and writing. I can provide basic English communication lessons for young kids, help students of all grades with their English assignments, explain English grammar clearly and systematically, and also teach advanced English for learners of any grade level.
