The Internet has turned the world into a global village where distance no longer prevents people from interacting with each other and communication is made easier than ever before.

2.完善全球互联网治理体系，维护网络空间秩序，必须坚持同舟共济、互信互利的理念，摈弃零和博弈、赢者通吃的旧观念。

To improve the global Internet governance system and maintain the order of cyberspace,we should firmly follow the concept of mutual support,mutual trust and mutual benefit,and reject the old mentality of zero-sum game or winners taking all.
